At The Hair Archives, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our extensions. Each piece is inspected to meet our standards of luxury before it reaches you.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Packaging, tags, and security seals must remain intact and unbroken.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened or worn hair cannot be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Care team at hairarchivesco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items, opened bundles, or any product not in its original state.
